About the Role: As an Engineer 1 - Mechanical you will perform a variety of engineering tasks to support reactor vessel internals in nuclear power plants. You will report to the Manager, Reactor Vessel Internals, Component Design and based at the Westinghouse Headquarters in Cranberry, PA in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. You will work a hybrid scenario at the manager's discretion. No relocation assistance will be provided for this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Required (other engineering disciplines will Not be considered).
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
- Develop technical expertise in US and international nuclear markets.
- Work in teams to resolve critical issues affecting the construction and operation of nuclear power plants.
