About The Position
Reach Truck or Ride On Double Pallet Jack Operator Champion Staffing and Recruiting - Louisville, KY GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN THE RIVERPORT AREA 1st (19.50/Hr) and 2nd Shifts (21.00 per hour) (Great job to have leading up to CHRISTMAS) Hiring location at Champion Staffing and Recruiting 1450 Gardiner Ln. Louisville, KY 40213 (Arrive Between 10 am and 3:30 pm) Champion is seeking double pallet jack operators for a temperature-controlled warehouse providing storage and distribution services for the food industry. We are specifically seeking Position(s): Experienced Reach truck and ride-on electric double pallet jack operators. Working in cold storage warehouse, in temps between -5 degrees to 36 degrees. Education Requirements: None if self-motivated, self-driven and can complete work obligations in a timely manner. M ust be able to speak and understand English. Hours + Pay: 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, M-F, with OT worked after a shift if applicable, plus occasional Sat especially during the holiday season. 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm-midnight or later. OT is more frequent on 2nd shift. Once hired on Full-time: will receive predetermined wage increases every 6-months for 24 months then annual increases. Full benefits package after 90 days. Background: No felonies within 7 years Drug Screen: Yes. PPE: F reezer coats, pants, masks, and gloves. You will need your own steel-toe or composite-toe boots that cover the ankle. Once FT will provide a voucher for freezer boots. Dress Code: Wear warm clothes and bring extra clothing to stay warm. Training: On-the-job training/side-by-side with an FT employee until management is confident you're able to work alone. Orientation will be provided. Rules + Other: Smoking outside only. No cell phone on the floor. Break rooms have multiple refrigerators and microwaves. They have lockers and will provide locks. Parking + Building Entry: R eliable transportation is required.
