About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating a Crown reach truck to move, load, and store products while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recent reach truck (Crown preferred) experience
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), Monday through Friday
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Operate a Crown reach truck forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, and stage products in designated areas
• Pick and put away inventory using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
