As a Reach Truck Operator, you'll be key in handling, storing, and moving inventory efficiently and safely to ensure accurate and timely deliveries—making outdoor adventures possible for our neighbors.

Requirements

Comfortable with warehouse equipment (reach truck or forklift experience preferred—but we’ll train the right person)
Able to lift up to 50lbs and stay active on your feet
Strong attention to detail with basic math and counting skills
A problem solver who can stay calm under pressure
A team player who loves helping others

Responsibilities

Lift with Purpose: Use reach trucks to safely retrieve and store inventory from high storage locations with precision and care.
Stay Organized: Maintain a clean, efficient workspace while moving inventory to the correct locations.
Ensure Accuracy: Your attention to detail ensures our neighbors get exactly what they ordered.
Collaborate with Your Team: Work together to keep the warehouse running smoothly and on schedule.
