Position Summary Wondercide is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Reach Truck Operator to support our Receiving, Production, and Warehouse Operations teams. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently moving palletized inventory, supporting inbound and outbound material flow, and ensuring inventory is properly stored and staged. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience operating a Reach Truck
  • 2 or more years of experience in Receiving & Unloading trailers
  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Previously certified on industrial equipment, such as a standard forklift, cherry picker, and/or reach truck
  • Able and willing to support the Operations Team in other roles if PIT work is not available or needed
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Quality focus, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Lifting requirement to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Previously certified on industrial equipment, such as a standard forklift, cherry picker, and/or reach truck

Responsibilities

  • Operate reach trucks and electric forklifts to move palletized inventory into and out of racking locations
  • Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
  • Receive inbound inventory, perform visual inspections, and complete receiving documentation
  • Label and tag pallets with barcoded license plates for inventory tracking
  • Replenish and remove materials from production lines and conversion stations
  • Stage materials for production, storage, or shipment as needed
  • Follow all PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) operating procedures and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits as required
  • Support other warehouse and operations tasks as assigned
