This role is key to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring products are properly stored and prepared for shipment. You'll be self-directed and trusted to uphold our company values and procedures, helping to keep our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a sit-down forklift is preferred.
• Reach truck experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Trucks and Forklifts: Safely and efficiently operate reach trucks and forklifts to put away, pick, and consolidate finished goods inventory in our rack system.
• Inventory Management: Group products correctly, ensure proper product rotation, and navigate our inventory management software to maintain accurate records.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, stage products for shipment, and transport goods throughout the facility.
• Safety and Compliance: Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment and strictly adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure a smooth flow of goods and coordinate tasks.
• Quality Control: Check the condition of goods and report any damage or discrepancies to management.
