THE RCM SYSTEM & AUTOMATION QA MANAGER ENSURES THE QUALITY OF AUTOMATION AND SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT INITIATIVES ACROSS REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT DURING ROLL OUT AND REGULAR BUSINESS OPERATIONS. THIS ROLE PARTNERS WITH IT, OPERATIONS, RCM TEAMS, COMPLIANCE AND EXTERNAL VENDORS TO OPTIMIZE INTERNAL SYSTEMS, IMPROVE WORKFLOW EFFICIENCY, AND ENSURE ADHERENCE TO COMPANY POLICY AND PAYER REQUIREMENTS. THE QA MANAGER COMPLETES QA TESTING, ISSUE RESOLUTIONS, AND HELPS COORDINATE STAFF TRAINING TO SUPPORT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT WITHIN NSM’S REVENUE CYCLE SYSTEMS.
