Due to autism insurance mandates sweeping the nation, our behavioral health division is experiencing unprecedented growth. Therefore, we are looking for the right person to join our billing service team. The RCM Support Specialist - Helpdesk is responsible for providing quality customer service while efficiently handling inquiries, customer complaints, and/or billing questions by phone, email, or chat to resolve client inquiries related to ABA services.
