Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related discipline
3-5 years Revenue Cycle Management experience
Experience with practice management systems

Responsibilities

Create and maintain Revenue Cycle Management reports and dashboards for various business units
Perform revenue related data inspection, cleanup, and governance to ensure data integrity
Proactively identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance system efficiencies
Support day-to-day operational needs and requests of the RCM team
Contribute to department goals of meeting key metrics
Elicit cross-functional stakeholder business needs into well defined, meaningful requirements
Other duties and special projects as assigned
