THE ROLE: The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Advisory Manager owns and leads end-to-end revenue cycle operations across assigned payors and acquired entities within TEAM Services Group. This role is accountable for driving strong collections performance, reducing denials, improving cash flow, and scaling revenue cycle processes through analytics, automation, and disciplined execution. This individual will serve as an advisor for our brand RCM teams, guiding them on best practices on RCM. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven RCM operator who can manage complexity, lead teams across geographies (including offshore), partner cross-functionally, and continuously improve how revenue flows through the organization—especially during periods of growth and acquisition.
