The RCM Administrator is responsible for assisting the Revenue Cycle Management department in all administrative/clerical activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support capacity. Experience in a claims department preferred.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written; must be able to communicate logically and clearly
  • Microsoft Office: proficiency in Excel preferred
  • Data entry proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Correspondence Dashboard
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage/Process Incoming Mail and Phone Calls
  • Manage Insurance and Patient Refund Submission and Posting
  • Other duties as assigned
