About The Position

We’re looking for an Operations candidate to help build and optimize RCM operating workflows that enable AI-powered revenue cycle management. You will monitor the quality and performance KPIs of our AI (call success, denial resolution, etc.), investigate issues, and uncover trends that impact collections to expand payor coverage, increase AI success rate, and ensure that our customers get paid quickly and accurately. Furthermore, for workflows not yet automated by our AI, you will help oversee and manage a team of collectors and billers, working with team leaders to develop the operational processes to allow them to quickly and efficiently work on customer claims. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of RCM workflows to a new category of AI automation. You’ll help the Product and Engineering teams develop improvements that drive meaningful time savings for customers and better outcomes for patients.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare RCM operations, claim management, or payer workflows
  • Strong process-management skills
  • Ability to identify operational issues and drive cross-team solutions

  • Maintain and refine our database of insurance phone numbers and websites to ensure accurate and complete AI actions
  • Work with denial specialists to troubleshoot real-world RCM issues, including identifying hallucinations, new call scenarios, and more
  • Work with internal RCM managers to build and scale a team of AR specialists to collect customer claims in cases where our AI has not yet "learned" a specific workflow
  • Manage internal and offshore RCM teams, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met while driving quality and operational improvements
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to expand AI capabilities to new payers, share payer-specific insights, and provide feedback that shapes new features in the platform

  • Paid lunch, dinner, coffee, snacks
  • In-person culture at our cozy Flatiron district office in NYC, with work from home on Fridays
  • Flexible hours and time off
  • AI subscriptions of your choice covered
