About The Position

Red Bull New York II are looking for an intern to join our high-performance team for the season. A key responsibility of this internship includes providing analysis support to 2nd team staff in order to aid player development and maximize workflow efficiency. This internship will provide a valuable introduction into the world of analytics and the dynamics of a professional football club. This is an unpaid, for credit internship (proof that you will receive credit is required).

Requirements

• Passion for the game of soccer
• A willing learner and can take initiative
• The ability to learn on the fly and be adaptable in different situations
• The ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• A basic understanding of how analysis is performed at a professional level
• Introductory tools and skills to be able to analyze matches and trainings
• The ability to fly a drone
• Firsthand use of industry specific software programs
• A beginning understanding of providing analysis within a professional football context
