About The Position

The Aftermarket Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible in leading daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory receiving, timely shipping, commercial documentation, and inventory optimization. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance through all Aftermarket Warehouse activities while supporting internal teams and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 5+ years of experience within a warehouse team required.
  • Able to obtain forklift certification required.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude required.
  • Able to read blueprints and work from spec books.
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Able to perform simple tasks, such as creating an email and using basic commands.
  • Use of Microsoft office suite (excel, word, etc.), and adobe for viewing prints.
  • Able to work professionally with all levels of the Rosenbauer organization, customers, and vendors.
  • Able to lead and supervisor a team effectively.
  • Able to maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Able to identify quality issues, recognize changes within the production process, and adjust as needed.
  • Able to perform simple computer tasks to obtain information/changes related to the build process and/or troubleshoot.
  • Able to prioritize work and to multitask while adhering to deadlines.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
  • Able to understand and follow all safety policies to promote a safe working environment for all.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of hands on fire truck product knowledge from either a manufacturing or fire department perspective preferred.
  • 3+ years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all inbound receiving and shipping operations to ensure accurate verification, timely resolution of discrepancies, proper inventory recordkeeping, and consistent adherence to the department’s schedule.
  • Lead daily shipping and order fulfillment operations to ensure on time processing, accurate documentation, compliance with requirements, and effective resolution of freight or customer driven issues.
  • Ensure all import and export activities comply with regulatory requirements by overseeing accurate commercial documentation and maintaining organized records to support audits and compliance needs.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels by overseeing stock accuracy, identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating with purchasing and planning, and supporting the Quality Management System.
  • Lead and develop the warehouse team by training staff, promoting a safe and efficient environment, supporting timely parts distribution, and addressing inquiries related to parts availability and warehouse processes.
  • Sustain the Quality management System with required departmental standards.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
