In this role, you'll work alongside team members to execute critical formulation processes, operating specialized equipment that transforms quality ingredients into our signature products. Your responsibilities include operating machinery and following department-specific protocols to ensure the production of high-quality products with minimal waste. You will take directions from the Department Lead and Production Supervisor, adhere to safety protocols, and actively contribute ideas for process improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a production environment, ideally with food or involving mechanical equipment is preferred
  • Conscientious – pays attention and strives to meet quality standards efficiently
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Team player, building trusting relationships with team members
