About The Position

Marucci Sports is looking for a Raw Materials Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all incoming raw materials, proper classification and handling of raw material waste, maintaining accurate inventory information and coordinating shipments to third-party vendors. This role also collaborates effectively with other team members to support various operational needs.

Skill in tracking, replenishing, and organizing inventory to meet production needs.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process all incoming raw materials ensuring they are appropriately categorized.
Prepare Trophy Bats for production.
Prepare pre-turned bats for production.
Organize raw materials space in anticipation of upcoming production needs.
Organize raw material waste according to classification.
Process and sort incoming cut bats.
Prepare Raw materials for third party production shipments.
Train and lead junior level employees.
Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move and store materials as needed.
Maintain work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Replenish shop with available inventory as needed.
Unload/load all incoming/outgoing shipments.
Restack pallets for inventory placement, ensuring stability and proper organization.
Basic Microsoft office knowledge and company systems.
Work on complex problems requiring advanced skills to resolve independently
Assist in other areas as needed.
