What you´ll do: The Raw Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement, receiving and payment of materials, consumables, and other items for the Production Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
  • Computer Skills (Word processing, Excel spreadsheets)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail Oriented, Team Oriented, with a positive work ethic and attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Inventory Control Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Procure materials for production schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of materials being ordered and in stock using the computerized inventory management systems
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Managing the inventory management processes and conducting inventory counts as needed Accounts Payable Management, paying invoices and updating financial documents
  • Completion of system reviews and process accountability reviews
  • Manage LTO and promo raw materials to minimize waste Identify and dispose of obsolete or damaged material in a timely manner, documenting reason for disposal
  • Management of raw materials DMR system Participate in period close inventory
  • Other duties as assigned
