About The Position

This role is for a Raw Material Sampler who will be responsible for inspecting, sampling, and ensuring the quality of incoming raw materials. The position involves hands-on work, precision, and acting as the first line of defense for product quality, ensuring that only high-quality materials proceed in the manufacturing process. Attention to detail is crucial for keeping products safe, compliant, and trusted.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of cGMPs, OSHA requirements, and Material Safety Data Sheets
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic systems
Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and work well on a team
Must be at least 18 years old
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
Comfortable wearing required PPE (hairnet, safety glasses, long pants, steel-toe shoes)
Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, climb, and remain on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions

Nice To Haves

SAP and forklift experience are a plus

Responsibilities

Inspect and sample all incoming raw materials following SOPs and Work Instructions
Perform aseptic sampling techniques to protect sample integrity
Accurately complete documentation and maintain traceability
Sample multiple lots of raw materials in a warehouse environment
Keep workspaces and equipment clean, organized, and contamination-free
Assemble, set up, and calibrate lab instruments
Assist with pulling raw materials from racks using Electric Pallet Jacks
Follow cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned
