About The Position
Join Barrett Petfood as a Full Time Raw Ingredient Associate in Little Falls, Minnesota, where you will contribute to a customer-centric mission and innovative product development in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This onsite role offers a competitive pay range of $21.50 to $23.50 per hour, rewarding efforts in maintaining quality and safety standards within a fun, high-performance culture that values integrity and continuous improvement. As a Raw Ingredient Associate, you will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Your primary duties will involve receiving, inspecting, and storing raw ingredients, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols. You will collaborate with a team to troubleshoot issues, maintain an organized workplace, operate machinery, conduct inventory checks, and work with various departments to achieve production goals. The role involves problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, crucial for high-quality pet food production, offering opportunities for learning and growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Chip frozen meat blocks apart
- Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment
- Mix ingredients together
- Add oils as needed per customer specifications
- Clean Meat Room equipment throughout shift and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards
- Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner
- Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing when needed
