GEICO is seeking a highly motivated and driven Rating Product Implementations Supervisor to join their Rating Product Implementations team. In this role, you will supervise a team of associates performing activities related to regulatory compliance and the Company's rating systems. You will oversee the submissions and communications with State regulatory agencies in order to obtain approvals to filed revisions. Additional responsibilities include testing and implementation of rating systems changes, and maintenance of regulatory compliance rating systems documentation. The successful candidate will display excellent time management, good communication skills, and superb leadership abilities.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in business management or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GEICO's rating system strongly desired but not required.
• Experience with sales and service applications desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of associates performing activities related to regulatory compliance and the Company's rating systems.
