North Bay Regional Center provides advocacy, services, support, and care coordination to children and adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. North Bay Regional Center serves over 12,000 people living within the geographic boundaries of Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit private corporation that contracts with the Department of Developmental Services to coordinate services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. At NBRC, we’re promoting opportunities by supporting choices for people with developmental disabilities. Under the direction of the Director of Community Services, the Rates Supervisor is responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing rate reform process approved by the California Legislature and directed by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). The Rates Supervisor will work closely to collaborate with other departments to resolve vendor rate issues, streamline the rate process, and provide a review of the overall accuracy of rate reform implementation, management, and ongoing rate changes. The individual will also ensure rate activities are effectively implemented in a manner consistent with client needs, laws, regulations, and North Bay Regional Center policies and procedures; tracks, drafts, and coordinates all vendor contract; monitors, organizes and supervises vendor files accuracy to ensure compliance with all audits; lead Community Services staff for all audits. This position will be responsible for the supervision of the Rate Specialist, Rate Coordinator, and a department Client Services Assistant.
