The Rates Specialist will be part of the Client Compliance Department, responsible for managing and validating rate implementations and maintenance across the Firm, client, and matter levels.

Responsibilities

• manage and validate rate implementations and maintenance at the Firm, client, and matter levels
• responding to requests from the Client Operations billing department for current rate information
• implementing agreed rate arrangements for Firm clients
• coordinating data for the submission of new timekeeper rates
• analyzing client guidelines to set-up approved cost exceptions
• troubleshooting client, matter, and timekeeper rate calculation issues
• ad hoc reporting as needed
