The Pritzker Administration is seeking a Rapid Response Coordinator to support the communication team’s real-time rapid response efforts. Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of communications and media relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Reports to Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications.
Works closely with the communications team to develop collateral, including fact sheets, backgrounder documents and supports rapid response efforts on key issues.
Supports real-time media and social media monitoring efforts to aid the communications team response efforts.
Closely tracks key issue areas and flags notable updates for the communications team. Shares resources to support developing key messages.
Coordinates with subject matter experts on distilling complex issue areas.
Helps fact check salient issues and statements in real time.
Manages historical libraries of past statements, quotes, and press clips.
Other tasks as assigned.
