Our Rehab CNA is responsible for duties related to resident care, consistent with health care principles and facility policies. - Promotes resident hygiene and comfort.
- Distributes food/water and feeds residents.
- Assists with repositioning and transferring residents.

- Completes therapy recommended Range of Motion
- Assists with repositioning and transferring residents.
- Ambulates residents.
- Documents on flow sheets.
