Here’s what you need to know about this position: Location : Remote, LATAM Engagement Type : Full-Time You will be producing motion content for social campaigns inside a team with strong creative direction, clear systems, and good energy. Requirements

• 2 - 5 years in motion graphics or animation for social or branding
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent tools
• Comfortable working with Figma files and design assets
• Experience in fast moving, iterative production workflows
• Solid attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense

Responsibilities

• Produce animations and motion graphics from campaign briefs and creative direction
• Adapt content across digital formats while keeping every asset visually consistent
• Work alongside Senior Designers and strategists to hit campaign goals
• Jump into review cycles, take feedback, and turn revisions around fast
• Keep quality high even on high volume, deadline driven projects
• Contribute ideas that fit the brand's established visual language
