Range Facilities Analyst
About The Position
SkyBridge Tactical is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL, founded in 2008 to support our customers’ global security, operational and training needs, focusing on mission success in most challenging environments. SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and U.S. Department of State (DOS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security. We’re hiring a Range Facilities Analyst to support Naval Special Warfare range operations in Coronado, CA. This position helps track facilities projects, work requests, planning documents, and supports the day-to-day management of range facility needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years Program Management experience (within last 10 years)
- 8+ years facilities maintenance/management experience (within last 10 years)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written communication and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate government vehicles
- Active DoD Secret clearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting SOF/NSW or similar DoD operational environments
- Any PM certification (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Track and support range facility requirements and facility maintenance activities
- Build and manage facilities project documentation (work requests, estimates, project packages)
- Support facilities planning documents and lifecycle plans (LCMP-style planning)
- Track project status, schedules, and coordination with stakeholders
- Support administrative agreements and coordination documents (e.g., MOAs/ISSAs)
- Support reporting, reconciliation of requests/expenditures, and general program support
