RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST (PRN-AS NEEDED)
About The Position
State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is a physician-led and team member-owned multi-specialty care group headquartered in Johnson City, TN with locations in the upper East Tennessee & Southwest Virginia region. Their mission is to improve the health and well-being of their patients and their team members. The Radiology Technologist will produce diagnostic images of soft tissues, prepare examination rooms and equipment for use, position and monitor patients throughout exams, answer questions regarding examinations, ensure safety for both patients and staff, process routine paperwork, file reports, and follow organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Completion of course in radiologic technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Current certification (ARRT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Responsibilities
- Produce diagnostic images of soft tissues.
- Prepare examination room and equipment for use as needed.
- Position and monitor patients throughout the exam.
- Answer questions regarding the examination.
- Ensure safety for both patients and staff.
- Process routine paperwork.
- File reports.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures.
