About The Position
Harrison County Hospital is seeking an experienced Radiology Tech, X-Ray/CT. Position available: 3rd Shift plus Weekends 3rd Shift The Radiologic Technologist interprets physician's requests, performs Radiographic exams and other duties related to the production of quality radiographs. The Radiologic Technologist works independently in at least one additional modality (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Mammography) and conducts exams in a manner conducive to the patient's safety and comfort. Harrison County Hospital has continuously served the people of Harrison County since 1950. Today our acute care community hospital serves the healthcare needs of a much broader and growing population in Harrison and Crawford counties, Indiana and Meade County, Kentucky. Requirements
- Graduate from an approved school of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT or equivalent
- Must be ARRT registered
- Must maintain licensure by ISBH
- CPR Certified
- Radiographic Procedures Skills
- Skills in one additional modality (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography)
Nice To Haves
- Previous CT and/or MRI experience preferred, but not required
