About The Position

Under the direction of the Radiology Manager, the Radiology Scheduler is responsible for accurately scheduling all imaging procedures based on allocated time, availability in all modalities, and potential conflicts. Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes. Must be able to multitask. Prior radiology scheduling experience and authorization experience preferred. Knowledge of insurance carriers and medical terminology.

Requirements

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have excellent customer service and computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous scheduling and authorization experience preferred.
• ICD 10 and CPT code knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance carriers and medical terminology preferred.
