About The Position

The Radiology OP Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors within the imaging department. This role is responsible for greeting patients both in person and via telephone, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating the onsite scheduling of outpatient imaging appointments. The position works collaboratively with an external call-center scheduling team to ensure efficient patient flow, accurate appointment coordination, and a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Mon-Fri 8:00AM to 5:00PM
• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 2 years scheduling experience

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients in person and via telephone
• Providing customer service
• Coordinating the onsite scheduling of outpatient imaging appointments
