About The Position

Everyone deserves clear answers about their health. Bayer advances Health for All by developing diagnostics and therapies that address unmet medical needs. Our Radiology Division — a market leader built on 80+ years of radiology heritage and the combined strengths of Bayer diagnostic imaging and legacy MEDRAD® — develops and commercializes imaging solutions across CT, MRI, PET and interventional modalities, including devices, contrast agents, dose‑management software and professional services. Building on our legacy, Bayer expanded into Molecular Imaging with the recent acquisition of investigational pan-amyloid radiotracers aimed at improving detection of cardiac amyloidosis. These tracers could enable earlier, more accurate identification of systemic and cardiac amyloidosis — a progressive disease that remains underdiagnosed despite advances in care that affects an estimated 400,000 people globally. Most patients today are diagnosed too late for optimal intervention, so better diagnostic tools can substantially change patient pathways. The lead compound, I‑124 evuzamitide, is a PET radiotracer in Phase III clinical development for detection of cardiac and other systemic amyloidoses and has received U.S. FDA Breakthrough Therapy designation for cardiac amyloidosis and Orphan Drug designation in the U.S. and EU. With near‑term data readout, we’re hiring a director‑level marketer to prepare launch readiness and accelerate growth of our molecular imaging program. This role combines pre‑launch brand strategy, clinical evidence translation, and launch execution with post‑launch US commercialization to build market share and drive clinician adoption of our cutting-edge radiotracers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support diagnostic clarity with target audiences, enhance brand visibility, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. The role may be supported from our Whippany, NJ headquarters or our Indianola/Pittsburgh facility and is structured as a remote position with flexible location options.
