About The Position

Join our Diagnostic Imaging Team at St. Mary's Hospital in Superior, WI as a support staff. This position is full time and includes our full benefits package. In this role you will get to: Provides assistance with direct patient care in the Radiology Department, but will not administer ionizing radiation, intravenous contrast media, and/or prescribed pharmacy medications. Performs specialized tasks under the supervision of technologists and/or radiologists. Duties include all or some of the following: patient reception by phone registration and/or registration confirmation, appointment and procedure/lab scheduling, and related clinical information management. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to interact with the patients in a way that is effective and appropriate to the age and developmental level of the involved patient population.

Requirements

No educational requirements.
Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days of hire. On the job certification is available.
