Requirements

6 months of clinical radiology experience — Required
3 years of clinical radiology experience — Required
Registered Technologist – Radiography (ARRT) — Required
Graduate Radiologic Technology Required

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow of diagnostic imaging services on your assigned shift.
Serve as the point person for staff when supervisors or managers are not present, ensuring consistent operations and timely patient care.
Support the orientation, education, and ongoing training of Radiology employees, partnering closely with management.
Function as a liaison between team members and leadership, helping communicate priorities, updates, and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve patient safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Participate in safety and quality initiatives, including programs designed to reduce error and improve patient outcomes.
Maintain your role as a practicing technologist, demonstrating high standards of clinical quality and patient-centered care.
