About The Position
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day/evening shift. 10-hour shifts 2:30PM – 12:30AM. 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday shift per month. 2-3 holiday shifts per year. No call. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay: UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefit package. Relevant work experience will be taken into consideration. We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist – CT to: Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures utilizing a wide variety of radiographic equipment, computers, and detectors. Set up the imaging room to coincide with the examination being performed to include the use of proper isolation precautions when needed. Provide basic maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system. Requirements
- Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required
- Work Experience Previous healthcare experience Required
- ARRT Radiography (R) Certification Upon Hire Required
- Wisconsin Radiological License within 3 months of hire
- ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification within 30 months Required
- CPR certification within 3 months Required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred
- 2 years of clinical experience Preferred
