About The Position

The Radiologic Technologist Lead is a leadership role responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the radiologic technologist team. This includes overseeing daily operations, performing radiologic procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. Operates a variety of radiology equipment to produce radiographs of body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by physician, and in accordance to established protocols. Functions in a lead capacity for other technicians, offering guidance when necessary.

Requirements

• Associates Degree Radiologic Technology, required
• 5+ Years experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with demonstrated leadership skills required.
• ARRT - Radiography (R) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), required
• Radiologic Technologist - Radiography - State of Illinois IEMA (IEMA) Required
• CPR/BLS - American Heart Association (AHA) Required
