About The Position
$85/hr 5x8hr day shifts 13 week contract MUST have 3+ years of experience RRT License required Key Responsibilities Administer radiation treatments: Deliver prescribed radiation doses using specialized equipment such as linear accelerators. Prepare patients for treatment: Position patients accurately and use immobilization devices to ensure the radiation targets the correct area. Follow treatment plans: Work from detailed plans created by a radiation oncologist and medical physicist. Monitor patient condition: Observe patients during treatment and report any reactions or concerns to the medical team. Maintain precise records: Document treatments, doses, and patient responses. Ensure safety protocols: Follow strict radiation safety procedures to protect patients, themselves, and other staff.
