Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of Radiation Therapy.
- Must hold a current State of California license in Radiation Therapy Technology (CRT-Therapy).
- Must hold a current license with the American Registry of Radiation Technologists (ARRT).
- AHA or equivalent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of annual requirements of NorthBay Healthcare
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.

- Ability to function effectively under stress.

- 1-year experience as a radiation therapist preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed radiation treatments to specific areas of the patient’s body in accordance with physician orders.
- Operate radiation-producing equipment safely and accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all treatment sessions, including treatment areas, radiation dosage, equipment settings, patient responses, and cumulative dose records.
- Monitor patients during treatment and report any unusual reactions or concerns to the care team.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
