About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Radiation Therapist to join an acute care team in Russellville, Arkansas . In this role, you will administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to established treatment protocols. You will collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and dosimetrists to deliver accurate and effective treatment plans. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Completion of an approved Radiation Therapy training program (diploma or certification).
  • Registered Technologist – Radiation Therapy (R.T.(T)) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) , or registry-eligible with the ability to obtain certification within a required timeframe.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and treatment delivery protocols.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in radiation therapy.
  • Experience with ARIA oncology information system , Eclipse treatment planning system , and Philips CT imaging software .
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary oncology team .
