About The Position

Responsibilities Check-in/Greeting Patients/ Patient Scheduling Acknowledges and welcomes patients and visitors. Sets the tone for a positive experience Check in and schedules appointments, following sleep scheduling protocol Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC) Performs all other duties/responsibilities as assigned Reviewing schedule Pre-screen patients based on departmental protocol Monitor schedules daily, ensuring that all open slots are filled on the same day." Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports Exam Preparation Review the Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Three years of patient/client-facing experience Customer Focus: Demonstrates excellence in customer service and satisfaction levels for internal and external customers. Integrity/Ethics : Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty, sincerity. Trusted to do the right thing. Personal Job Competence: Performs core responsibilities of position efficiently and effectively within parameters of organization policies, procedures and external governmental agencies. The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $16.30-24.50/hour, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of patient/client-facing experience
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrates excellence in customer service and satisfaction levels for internal and external customers.
