This position is for a Radiation Oncology Clinical Office Assistant at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center, which is part of Advocate Health. It is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours per week, with benefits, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. The assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical support duties, including greeting patients and visitors, collecting insurance co-payments, scheduling and maintaining appointments, coordinating administrative aspects of meetings, managing patient records, handling telephone calls, generating reports, and operating office equipment.
