Texas Oncology is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join their team at the Plano East location within the Radiation department. This is a Full Time position with typical working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The specific level for this position (1, 2, or Sr) will be determined based on the candidate's experience. Texas Oncology is recognized as the largest community oncology provider in the country, boasting approximately 600+ providers across more than 220 sites in Texas and southeastern Oklahoma. The Certified Medical Assistant's role involves assisting physicians and clinicians with patient care duties in a clinical setting, ensuring efficient patient flow and care during exams and procedures. Additionally, the role includes performing various clinic support tasks such as clerical duties, answering phones, and managing physician schedules. The individual in this position is expected to support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including its Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
