About The Position

ApolloTech MSI is seeking an experienced Radar Systems Engineer to join our team for a full-time position located in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, with a flexible hybrid work option. Your work will involve conducting system requirements analysis, technology assessments, and trade studies to ensure the successful execution of radar system projects. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and enhance radar capabilities, ensuring that performance specifications and operational requirements are met throughout the system life cycle. Your role will also include supporting system testing and evaluation, performing data analysis, and providing technical support for radar system operations. You will leverage your radar domain expertise to identify innovative solutions that address complex engineering challenges and contribute to the successful delivery of radar systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in radar system engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of radar system architecture, signal processing, and operational principles
  • Experience with requirements definition, modeling, simulation, and performance analysis of radar systems
  • Familiarity with systems engineering processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency in software tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or related simulation environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments
  • US Citizenship is required for this role due to security clearance requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
