Requirements

  • Post secondary STEM degree plus 3 or more years of professional relevant experience.
  • Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance is Required (US Citizenship Required).
  • Signal Processing expertise.
  • Familiarity with RADAR signal processing concepts, such as Detection, Estimation, and Tracking.
  • Experience with RF, RADAR, or Communications Systems.
  • Proficient in MATLAB (advanced to intermediate level).
  • Intermediate C++ proficiency.
  • Experience with Simulation Frameworks.
  • Software development experience.
  • Familiarity with Gitlab and Git.
  • Agile Framework experience.

Nice To Haves

  • JIRA experience.
  • Experience with advanced RADAR signal processing techniques.
  • Knowledge of and experience with missile systems and SWAPC-constrained systems.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of Airborne RADAR systems
  • Developing and optimizing signal processing algorithms to enhance RADAR performance
  • Creating and maintaining high-fidelity simulation environments for performance evaluation and software validation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
  • Utilizing C++ to develop, test, and optimize software components critical to RADAR systems
