Requirements
- Post secondary STEM degree plus 3 or more years of professional relevant experience.
- Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance is Required (US Citizenship Required).
- Signal Processing expertise.
- Familiarity with RADAR signal processing concepts, such as Detection, Estimation, and Tracking.
- Experience with RF, RADAR, or Communications Systems.
- Proficient in MATLAB (advanced to intermediate level).
- Intermediate C++ proficiency.
- Experience with Simulation Frameworks.
- Software development experience.
- Familiarity with Gitlab and Git.
- Agile Framework experience.
Nice To Haves
- JIRA experience.
- Experience with advanced RADAR signal processing techniques.
- Knowledge of and experience with missile systems and SWAPC-constrained systems.
Responsibilities
- Leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of Airborne RADAR systems
- Developing and optimizing signal processing algorithms to enhance RADAR performance
- Creating and maintaining high-fidelity simulation environments for performance evaluation and software validation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Utilizing C++ to develop, test, and optimize software components critical to RADAR systems
