About The Position

Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the director of radiation oncology the radiation therapist is directly responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient radiation therapy department applying ionizing radiation to the patient for therapy procedures while under the supervision of a radiation oncologist.

Requirements

• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
• ARRT
• CRT
• Current BLS CPR Card

• Bachelors Degree
