About The Position
The Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Racquet Sports and General Maintenance Technician . Key Responsibilities: Prepares the tennis courts and the surrounding area for play in the mornings Responsible for inspecting all courts and for pro-shop opening procedures, maintenance, repair, and grooming Responsible for scrubbing, line and debris removal, cleaning, drying and general upkeep such as rolling and brushing of clay courts Cleans court drainage gutters, drains, and irrigation filters Keeps algae and moss from forming through chemical and manual agitation Responsible for daily upkeep duties such as repair to the courts, drying tables and benches, replacing ice and water Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within operation of the Tennis and Pickleball courts Maintains cleanliness and appearance of areas of the facility Empties trash from court and facility receptacles Performs other duties as required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Able to work in hot and humid conditions throughout the day Experience with tennis clay court maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual Regular and reliable attendance Schedule: 6:30am – 2:00pm Tuesdays & Saturdays with possibility of other days Pay: $15.00 - $15.50/hr This is a part time position but could become full-time.

- Experience with tennis clay court maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual
