The role focuses on translating technical concepts into lab results that will lead to robust, efficient production methods on the manufacturing lines. The Technologist ensures new and renovated products meet quality and regulatory requirements, while supporting factory trials, troubleshooting scale-up challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovations successfully to market.
