About The Position

Responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. This is an onsite role in our Overland Park, KS office location. Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines, budget constraints and quality standards Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on schedule Monitor project performance through data analysis and reporting, providing regular status updates and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, specifications, schedules, and status reports Facilitate effective communication between team members and departments to align project objectives with organizational goals Integrate digital automation tools and AI-powered solutions into project workflows to streamline operations and improve team productivity Support change management initiatives by coordinating training and providing resources to help teams adapt to new processes and technologies Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience At least 2 years project coordination experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software, with strong analytical and data visualization capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with experience establishing project controls and maintaining documentation Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience facilitating change management and process improvement initiatives Preferred Experience working with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools, with ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology adoption Expectations Up to 20% travel Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals. Requirements
