This role involves managing sample collection from cold storage, meticulous data entry and management in Excel, synthesizing project data, and coordinating sample preparation and dispatch. Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year degree.
  • Technical acumen in laboratory practices.
  • Reliability and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to have flexibility with scheduling dependent on specific project needs.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), material safety data sheets (MSDSs), operating and maintenance instructions, government rules, and technical procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection and efficient retrieval of samples from cold storage for various research initiatives.
  • Perform meticulous data entry, compilation, and progression tracking in Excel workbooks, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
  • Synthesize project data and monitor project milestones.
  • Orchestrate the preparation and dispatch of samples to designated collection teams, facilitating seamless flow.
  • Maintain active and constructive communication within the team, promoting openness and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams, recognizing interdependencies and collective efforts towards shared successes.
  • Engage actively in strategic meetings to tackle complex collections and tasks, contributing valuable insights.
