The position partners with R&D and New Product Introduction (NPI) Supply Chain groups to successfully introduce new products into world-wide production. It contributes to assignments of limited scope by applying technical concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience. The role acts as a team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts, and exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. It participates as a member of a project team of other product engineers to develop and execute reliable, cost effective and high quality manufacturing solutions for products from new-product introduction through end of lifecycle. It also implements specified changes to product or process to reduce defects, improve quality, and lower costs, and develops understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced partners for product development and manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree related to engineering or manufacturing, preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 0-2 years experience
  • Working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Self motivated
  • Knowledge of HPE products and Agile to support R/D design documentation.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
