Drive Technical Projects – Plan and execute development initiatives using stage‑gate methodology to ensure successful commercialization. Support Customers & Commercial Teams – Implement new products/processes and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams and customers. Optimize & Innovate – Establish product/process parameters, improve productivity and quality, and stay current on emerging materials, technologies, and industry trends. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science with 3–5 years of industry experience, or an advanced degree with relevant research experience. Industry Experience: Background in product development, process engineering, or technical service within chemical, nonwoven, textile, polymer, or automotive industries. Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of applied statistical methods (e.g., SPC, capability analysis, hypothesis testing). Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to commercialization.
